What is PayPal

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. It enables you to make payments quickly and securely online by using a credit card or bank account. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be connected to the PayPal site where you make the payment.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal as follows:

Payment is traceable. Using your PayPal account you can track the status of your payment.

When you make the payment for your order, you need not use your credit card online (you can transfer the money directly from your bank account to it). When you use your credit card through PayPal, Kissdresses is unable to access to your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.  

How to Use PayPal

PayPal can be used at kissdresses to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express),Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

How to Pay to us by PayPal?

Our PayPal Account is: pay@kissdresses.com   

1,Make payment from credit card at our website.

Step 1:Go to www.kissdresses.com and click Log in, enter your email address and password. 

              If you don't have an account with us, please register one. 

Step 2:After login, click link of "My cart".

Step 3:Find the order which you want to make payment, and click on the link "Complete Payment".

Step 4:You can choose "Pay with PayPal, Credit card" as the payment method. 

Step 5:On this page, you can login with your PayPal account and continue.

            Or you can refer to step 7 if you want to pay from credit card or debit card.

Step 6:You can click the link " Create a PayPal account ".

Step 7:On this page, you can enter your credit card and complete the payment.

             About the fee of credit card , please contact your credit card company.

Step 8:After you click the "Review and Continue" Button,

             you can confirm if everything is correct and the payment process will be completed.

2，Make payment from credit card by link 

You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay from your credit card, however you need pay via www.paypal.com.

Step 1,Please let us know your email (any email), we will send a money request from www.paypal.com, and after that you can receive an email.

Step 2,Check your email and find the money request email. (See below photo)

The title should be " Kiss Brides (UK) International Limited would like to be paid through PayPal.". 

Step 3,Click the email and you can find a "Pay Now" button.

Before click this button, please confirm the amount is correct and the Merchant name is correct. 

Step 4,After you click the "Pay Now" Button from the previous page, you will come to the below page.

If everything is correct, click "Continue" to complete your payment. 

Step 5,Then you will come to www.paypal.com.

On this page you can log in with your PayPal account if you have remain money at your PayPal account.

If you don't have a PayPal account or you just want to pay from your debit card or credit card, please click the link "Continue to checkout".

Step 6,After you click the "Continue to checkout", you will find the area as below where you can enter your card information.

Step 7,After you click the "Agree and Continue" Button, the payment process will be completed.

Once you have made payment , please email us the transaction ID, your paypal email and your order number.

2, How to Use Bank Transfer(HSBC)

The beneficiary name is KISSDRESSES LIMITED, which is our corporation name, and the beneficiary bank is HSBC (HSBC Hong Kong Des Voeux Road Central Branch). Please see below:

Step 1: Choose Bank Transfer as your payment method and click "Pay now" button.

Step 2: Print or write down the payment information and make the payment in any of your local banks.

Notice:You will be responsible for all local handling fees and intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, please confirm the total payment amount with the bank before you transfer the money.

Step 3: Once you complete the money transfer, please do remember to submit your transaction details (Sender's Name,Amount and Payment Date) to service@kissdresses.com. Without your transaction details provided, your payment confirmation may be delayed or failed.

*Note:

1. Only $USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD are accepted for this Bank Transfer.

2. The system will identify your billing address and assign you the corresponding payment information, (such as beneficiary Bank, Name, Account Number (IBAN), SWIFT code etc.).

3. Please remember to write down the Account Number (IBAN), SWIFT code on the bank "Send" sheet to ensure we will receive your payment on time. Make sure the Account Number (IBAN) and SWIFT code is correct as we need to trace your payment with it.

How to Pay by Bank Transfer

When you choose to pay with Bank Transfer, we accept $USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD. Please follow these 6 simple steps below:

Step 1，Before you visit your local HSBC branch, please remember to take your and beneficiary's identification with you such as your order# (e.g.100006666) and payment amount (e.g. USD200), beneficiary's name, Bank (HSBC), Country and City (Hong Kong), Account Number (IBAN) and SWIFT Code (constant)  see below

Make the payment

Go to any bank and transfer the money to the designated account above, the money will arrive in Kissdresses 's account in 2-3 business days. Be sure to fill in the order number, otherwise the payment confirmation may fail or delayed.

Step 2，Write down beneficiary's identification on the "Send" form and make the payment via HSBC Bank transfer.

Step 3，Log into your account and select the "pending Payment" option on the "Active Orders" page, you will see a list of orders that have not been paid.

Step 4，Find your order which is already paid by HSBC Bank Transfer and press "payment" button and then click "Proceed to Checkout" to go to your order payment page.

Step 5，On the payment page, by clicking the "Bank Transfer" button, the Submit Form will be displayed.

Step 6，Fill in the Submit Form and press the "Submit" button. Your payment will be confirmed by Kissdresses financial department in 24 working hours after payment received.
