The graduation ceremony is coming and my mom promised to give me $ 200 budget to buy a graduation dress. Last weekend, some friends and I have been shopping around all stores nearby but didn’t find a nice dress, too expensive or not beautiful. So we are planning to buy graduation dresses online, but with $ 200 budget limit. Where can I go and can I receive the dress before the graduation ceremony?
