Q:What does the trim color mean?
Trim means the embellishment of the dress,such as beadings, embroidery, crystal, Applique, Hand-Made Flower, Lace, Paillette, Pattern, Rhinestone, Ruffles, Sashes Ribbons belt (belt is the main trim color)
Besides, if the dress have a different color strap, it will be the trim color rather than the embellishments.
Q:How to take measurements ?
--- Measure your size is not an easy task, neither too complex.
You can click the " measuerements" button at the right part of the item picture, there have pictures and letters lead you how to take measurements.
If you are not so familiar to use the scale, you might go to a tailor to do it so that the data you provide will be more accurate for us to make your dress

Q:What's the " hollow to floor"?

----The Hollow to Hem size is measured from neck hollow(same as top shoulder), through the nipple to the dress hem where you want it falls.This size is used to determine the dress length. And if the dress you want is full length, then you can get this dress from top shoulder to floor directly, with shoes on pls.
Q:Can I see fabric swatches before ordering?
We do have fabric swatches available , they are free, but you need to pay the shipping cost $30usd.
Q:Will I be charged custom import fee?
Don't worry about it. We will declare the dress as a gift or sample and with low value on the parcel if you just order 1 or 2 dresses at the same time, most of time you needn't to pay any custom according to our experience.
But sometimes the Customs will recognize this, in this case, you will be charged with the import fee.

Q:If the dress you received is different from picture, what should I do?
Your merchandise will be carefully inspected by us before it is shipped to you. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection, and if you find something different from the your order, such as color, style, fabric, pattern etc. You must email a digital picture of the it to service@kissdresses.com. If we should be charged with the mistake, we will make you satisfy as you demand. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the dress. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the dress being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.
