under the conditions as followed, you can ask for refund after sending back the dresses
(1)The dresses are with any quality problem.
(2)Any color problem (little color difference in the screen is allowed)
Your satisfaction is the most important to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we suggest you can have a check to make sure that the dresses have been made to your order specification.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses/accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with tags intact and attached.If we ship the wrong item to you,you have the option of returning it for a full refund or ask for send the correct ones as soon as possible. Customers must confirm their eligibility for return with Customer Service before sending items back.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished dresses may vary by approximately 2.5 inches in either direction of the specified measurements. Alteration allowance for all gowns is 2.5 inches. See the size charts, please check the size chart very carefully, and follow the measurement instruction . Alterations are often required .
Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than 2.5 inches, please contact Customer Service to get related solutions.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on kissdresses.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screens may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Contact Customer Service within 30 days after you received your orders including an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Contact customer service by firstname.lastname@example.org, explain the reason for the return. If it accord with our return policy, return can be accept. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible .Regarding the shipping fee of parcels sent back, buyers need to pay for the shipping fee first and save the invoice. After we received the items, our QC will have a general check ,If it is our fault causing the return, we will return the shipping fee to you , If confirmed it is buyers fault, buyers should pay for the shipping fee themselves (for exchange,buyers will also need to pay for the resending shipping fee )Your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, money will be refunded in 7 business days/New correct items will be sent to you in 5-20 days . Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.
Plus, If your order is custom-made size or manufactured to your own designs or you have asked some changes different with original pictures , we can only give you 70% discount. Because as you know, it is nearly impossible to sell again.

Can I return my gift pack?
No, gift packs are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. We do not accept returns.
